He partners closely with clients to develop compelling and creative materials that help them achieve success across a variety of situations including M&A, activism defense, investor days and ongoing IR initiatives.

Eric plays a pivotal role in supporting Joele Frank’s M&A and Activism Defense practices, leveraging his expertise in visual storytelling to shape and deliver print and digital campaigns that resonate with key stakeholders, driving successful outcomes for high-stakes and time-sensitive projects. His work spans a diverse array of deliverables, including fact sheets and infographics, social and paid media, motion graphics, presentations, videos and websites. Additionally, Eric has significant experience in crisis communications, restructurings, and brand integration during and after M&A transactions.

Whether driving digital-first strategies or supporting long-term brand evolution, Eric and his team deliver innovative, creative solutions that align with business objectives. Their work consistently enhances clients’ investor communications and public relations initiatives, including investor presentations, Investor Day events, LinkedIn campaigns, marketing materials, proxy and sustainability reports and website development.

Eric’s design expertise extends to supporting the Joele Frank Financial Sponsors group, including private equity firms and their portfolio companies. Eric’s experience with investor-facing collateral enables his team to help financial sponsors to effectively communicate their value proposition and drive investment.

Eric lives in Westchester, NY and is a member of his local volunteer Fire Department.
Credentials
Eric earned a BFA from the University of Michigan School of Art and Design. Before joining Joele Frank in 2015, he worked in Marketing & Communications at Skadden, where he helped develop the firm’s global brand and strategy.
