What’s your approach to executive coaching and media training?
Effective message delivery is a learned skill—no one likes seeing themselves on camera or hearing their Q&A replay, and few enjoy the stage. Our media training sessions focus on building confidence and uncovering clarity of message. Whether I’m preparing an executive for a live interview, an investor presentation, or a high-stakes announcement, we work on everything from substance to style. The goal isn’t perfection, but preparation.
How do you build long-term relationships with clients?
I love the relationship-oriented nature of our business, and I see every client engagement as an opportunity to earn trust. While I’m often brought in during moments of urgency – a deal, an activist campaign, a crisis—I stay involved long after to help clients shape their investor narratives and prepare for what’s next. That ongoing partnership is the most rewarding and the most fun.
