Select transactions include advising Callon Petroleum on its pending acquisition of Carrizo Oil & Gas; Matlin & Partners Acquisition Corporation and U.S. Well Services on their merger; Swift Transportation in its merger with Knight Transportation; Enbridge in its acquisition of Spectra Energy; Joy Global in its acquisition by Komatsu Ltd.; FMC Technologies in its merger with Technip; Progressive Waste Solutions in its acquisition by Waste Connections; Cameron in its acquisition by Schlumberger; and Teva Pharmaceuticals in its unsolicited proposal to acquire Mylan and in its acquisition of Allergan Generics.

Deeply committed to advancing women’s health, Meaghan serves on the Board of Tina’s Wish, a nonprofit organization dedicated to the early detection and prevention of ovarian cancer through innovative scientific research and gynecologic health education.

Meaghan joined Joele Frank in 2006 and became a Partner in 2011. She was recognized with The M&A Advisor’s “40 Under 40” Recognition Award in 2018 for her contributions to the field of communications in financial transactions and corporate crisis. She holds a BA from Hood College, where she developed her passion for impactful communication and analytical problem-solving.
