Notable transactions include advising SUPERVALU on its acquisition by UNFI; Lifetime Brands on its acquisition of Filament Brands; Convergys on its acquisition by SYNNEX; Swift Transportation on its merger with Knight Transportation; First Cash on its merger with Cash America; Progressive Waste Solutions on its acquisition by Waste Connections; Rouse Properties on its acquisition by Brookfield Asset Management; US Airways on its merger with American Airlines; and L Catterton on its merger with L Capital and acquisitions of Leslie’s and Hanna Andersson.
